Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These Terms of Service (ToS) govern the use of the Ask Leon mobile application and associated services for generating social media content using artificial intelligence.

By using the application, the user accepts these Terms without reservation.

2. Service Description

Ask Leon is a mobile application that allows professionals to automatically generate optimized texts (captions, descriptions) for social networks from photos.

Main features:

• Text generation for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok
• Customization by industry (Construction, Beauty, Restaurants, Healthcare, Real Estate, Retail, etc.)
• Tone selection (Professional, Friendly, Humorous, Technical, Luxury)
• Generated publication history
• "Style Clone" feature for Agency subscribers (personal writing style reproduction)

3. Free Trial Period

Every new user benefits from a 7-day free trial period to test the service.

Free trial conditions:

• Duration: 7 days from registration
• Limit: Maximum 10 generations during the trial period
• No credit card required for the trial
• Access to basic features (Instagram and Facebook)

At the end of the trial period, the user must subscribe to continue using the service.

4. Plans and Pricing

Subscriptions are offered as recurring monthly payments. Prices are shown in euros including taxes.

Plan details:

• START: Ideal for freelancers with moderate social media activity. Standard AI, 7-day history. Billed immediately upon subscription.
• PRO: For professionals active on multiple platforms. Advanced AI, 30-day history. 7-day free trial before billing.
• AGENCY: For agencies and intensive professionals. Premium AI, Style Clone feature to reproduce your writing style, unlimited history. 7-day free trial before billing.

5. Payment Methods

Payments are managed by official platforms:

• iOS: Apple App Store (via Apple Pay or credit card)
• Android: Google Play Store (via Google Pay or credit card)

Subscriptions are automatically renewed monthly. Payment is automatically processed at each due date.

The publisher does not have access to users' banking data, which is managed exclusively by Apple and Google.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation by user:

The user can cancel their subscription at any time from their App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

Refund policy:

In accordance with Apple and Google policies, refund requests must be addressed directly to these platforms:

• iOS: reportaproblem.apple.com
• Android: play.google.com/store/account

Cancellation by publisher:

The publisher reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's access in case of:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent use of the service
• Behavior contrary to good morals or the law

7. Credits and Quotas

Each subscription has a monthly generation quota. Unused credits are not carried over to the following month.

The credit counter is automatically reset on each subscription anniversary date.

If the quota is exceeded, the user must wait for their subscription renewal or upgrade to a higher plan.

8. Ownership of Generated Content

Texts generated by artificial intelligence belong entirely to the user. They are free to use, modify and publish them as they wish.

The publisher claims no rights to the generated content and does not use it for commercial or advertising purposes.

Images uploaded by the user remain their exclusive property and are stored securely on servers in France.

9. Acceptable Use

The user agrees not to use the service to:

• Generate illegal, defamatory or hateful content
• Create content that infringes the rights of third parties
• Disseminate false or misleading information
• Attempt to bypass the technical limitations of the service
• Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

10. Limitation of Liability

The publisher makes every effort to ensure the availability and quality of the service, but cannot guarantee:

• The absence of interruption or error in the service
• The accuracy or relevance of texts generated by AI
• The commercial results obtained by the user

The user is solely responsible for verifying and publishing the generated content on their social networks.

11. Modification of Terms

The publisher reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be informed of changes by notification in the application or by email.

Continued use of the service after modification of the Terms constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.

12. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts for the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium whose execution has begun with the consumer's agreement.

By using the service during the trial period or after subscription, the user expressly waives their right of withdrawal.

13. Applicable Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by French law.

In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing that, French courts will have sole jurisdiction.

In accordance with Articles L.616-1 and R.616-1 of the Consumer Code, you may use the consumer mediation service free of charge.
